Ukrainian seamless casing and tubing import quota utilization

According to the information issued by the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy, as of May 1st  Russia and other countries utilized 85.45% of the annual quota imposed by Ukraine for seamless casing and tubing imports with outside diameter up to 406.4 mm, supplying a total of 13,014 tons.

In April Ukraine imports of seamless casing and tubing amounted to 118 tons. The total quota for the period starting from October 1st 2009 through September 30th 2010 stands at 15,230 tons of seamless casing and tubing imports, up by 726 tons compared to the previous annual quota.
