Ukraine drops pig iron output in April 2014

In April 2014 Ukrainian companies produced 2380 thousand tons of pig iron, down by 4.9%, or by 122 thousand tons, MoM.

In January-April pig iron output fell by 2.6%, or by 250 thousand tons, to 9420 thousand tons YoY.

In March Ukraine produced 2502 thousand tons, up by 13.7%, or by 302 thousand tons, MoM.

In 2013 pig iron production went up by 2%, or by 598 thousand tons, to 29111 thousand tons YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
