In the given period the works produced 1 million tons
of steel, 911 thousand tons of pig iron and 1.57 million tons of sinter, all
down by 26.4%, 26.9% and 27.3% YoY respectively.
In May Dzerzhinsky produced 192 thousand tons of
rolled metal, 190 thousand tons of steel, 170 thousand tons of pig iron and 296
thousand tons of sinter.
In June the works plans to produce 230 thousand tons
of steel, 203 thousand tons of pig iron and 365 thousand tons of sinter.
In 2014 Dzerzhinsky plans to
increase sinter output by 10.6% YoY, to 5.15 million tons, that of pig iron –
by 16.4%, to 3.07 million tons, and steel manufacture by 11.6%, to 3.27 million
