Ukrainian steel scrap exports in May down by 8% MoM

It is reported that in May this year Ukrainian ferrous scrap export was down by 8% MoM to 113,770 tons which however was up by 92.7% YoY. Meanwhile, the value of scrap export sales in May was down by 4.1% MoM declining to $39.99 million.

In January to May this year, Ukrainian scrap exports increased by 68.6% YoY to 331,750 tons valued at $ 108.64 million.
