Ukraine increases steel semis exports earnings in June 2014

In May Russia’s share in Ukrainian steel flats export volumes amounted to $39.5 million out of the total of $380.5 million.

In 2013 Ukraine exported 21.5 million tons of metal products

Ukraine's export share in the total rolled metal output increased from 78.6% in 2012 to 80.5% in 2013.

Ukrainian semi-finished steel exports up by 14.8% in January-February 2013

According to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers, tn the January-February period of the current year Ukrainian exports of semi-finished steel products increased by 14.8% YoY to 1.854 million tons.
Meanwhile, exports of semi-finished steel products from Ukraine increased by 16.8% in February compared to January to 999,070 tons.
On the other hand, in January-February Ukrainian imports of semi-finished steel products decreased by 87.6% YoY to 11,370 tons. (SteelGuru)

Ukrainian semi-finished steel exports up by 13% in January 2013 from December 2012

According to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers, exports of semi-finished steel products from Ukraine increased by 12.8% in January this year compared to last December to 855,100 tons worth a total of $418.27 million.
In January imports of semi-finished steel products to Ukraine decreased by 83.4% compared to December 2012 to 3,360 tons totaling $3.63 million in value. (SteelGuru)

Ukrainian semi-finished steel exports and imports down in 2012

According to the data, issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers, in January to November 2012 Ukrainian exports of semi-finished steel products decreased by 3.8% YoY to 9.351 million tons.
Exports of semi-finished steel products from Ukraine increased by 18.1% in November 2012 compared to October to 901,430 tons.
However in the first 11 months of last year Ukrainian imports of semi-finished steel products decreased by 24.5% YoY to 343,210 tons.
In November 2012 imports of semi-finished steel products to Ukraine decreased by 29.8% compared to October to 12,320 tons. (SteelGuru)

Ukrainian semi-finished steel exports and imports declined in January-October 2012

According to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers, in the January to October period of the current year Ukrainian exports of semi-finished steel products decreased by 3.3% year on year to 8.458 million tons.
Exports of semi-finished steel products from Ukraine decreased by 8.4% in October compared to September to 763,560 tons.
On the other hand, in the first 10 months of the year Ukrainian imports of semi-finished steel products decreased by 21% YoY to 330,890 tons. In October alone imports of semi-finished steel products to Ukraine decreased by 54.2% compared to September to 17,550 tons. (SteelGuru)
