Ukraine increases manganese concentrate output in Q1 2014

In January-March Ordzhonikidze and Marganets Mining and Processing Works (OGOK and MGOK respectively), that mine and process manganese ore, increased their total output of manganese concentrate by 11.4%, to 183.3 thousand tons, YoY.

Ukraine increases manganese ore production

It is reported that in January to July Ukrainian mining companies increased manganese raw materials production 2.43 times compared to the same period of last year to 1.047 million tons.
During seven months of the year Marganetsky GOK increased manganese concentrate production 3.45 times, to 416,100 tons. Orjonikidzevsky GOK increased production of manganese concentrate by 53.6% to 430,400 tons and manganese sinter 6.9 times, to 200,500 tons. (Ugmk.info)
