Russia: Izhstal stainless steel output up in July 2016

In July 2016 Izhstal produced 1.4 thousand tons of stainless steel, up by 45% MoM and 2 times YoY. The total steel output reached 26 thousand tons, up by 16% MoM and by 25% YoY
