In January-November Izhstal, a part of Mechel, produced 346 thousand tons of rolled metal, up by 48% YoY. According to the company statement, steel smelting went up by 30% YoY, to 237 thousand tons, with rolled metal output up by 33% YoY, to 315 thousand tons
