Yenakievo Iron and Steel Works plans to launch blast furnace 3 in mid 2011

It is reported that Yenakievo Iron and Steel Works plans to commission the blast furnace 3 in July 2011, thereby increasing its pig iron output capacity from 2.5 million tons to 3.7 million tons per year.
The company has incurred $40 million CAPEX in 2010 to achieve this goal together with converter workshop modernization and PCI introduction. (Millennium Capital)
