Ferrexpo Plc. boosts pellets output

In January-September the British Ferrexpo Plc., owner of the Poltava Mining-extracting works, increased its pellets output by 12.5%, to 8.048 million tons, YoY.

In particular, the total output of pellets with 62% iron content increased by 10.2% to 4.343 millin tons, while the output of pellets with 65% iron content increased by 15.3% to 3.705 million tons.

Ferrexpo has increased the output of pellets from its own raw materials by 12% to 7.766 million tons.

In the third quarter of 2013 Ferrexpo increased pellets output by 4%, to 2.802 million tons, as compared to the second quarter. (Ukrainian metal)
