Metinvest companies to supply $1.2 billion worth of rails to Ukrainian Railroads

Ukrzaliznychpostach, the State enterprise of railroad transport provision, chose Metinvest-Ukraine, a Metinvest group company specializing in wholesale in Ukraine and CIS (except for Russia), to supply rails and rail fasteners for 1187.123 million UAH.

The offer was accepted on December 24^th, 2013, the contract is to be concluded by January 23^rd. The products are to be delivered in 2014.

On March 4^th, 2013 Metinvest-Ukraine received the contract to supply rails to the state enterprise for 512.3 million UAH.

On February 15^th, Metinvest-SMC, that sells Metinvest metal products, received the contract to supply metal (flats, ho-rolled sections, rolled wire) to Ukrzaliznychpostach for 321.91 million UAH.(Ukrainian metal)
